Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flag Huddle mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using Flag Huddle, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use Flag Huddle

Flag Huddle is intended for coaches, parents, and adults managing flag football teams. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Use of the Service

• You may use Flag Huddle for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for how you use the Service and for the data you enter into it.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Team and player information

Flag Huddle allows you to enter team and player information such as team names, player first names, jersey numbers, lineups, and game notes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any information you enter and that you do not include sensitive personal data (such as full names, addresses, or medical information).

Data storage

Flag Huddle stores team and game data locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove this data. We are not responsible for lost or deleted data.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

Intellectual property

The Flag Huddle name, logo, app design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Flag Huddle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on platform services provided by Apple (for example, App Store distribution, crash reporting, and analytics). Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Flag Huddle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flag Huddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flag Huddle from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
