Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flag Huddle mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Flag Huddle, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use Flag Huddle

Flag Huddle is intended for coaches, parents, and adults managing flag football teams. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service or to create an account.

Account registration

Flag Huddle offers optional account registration to enable team sharing and live game session features. If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information (such as a valid email address).
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

• You may use Flag Huddle for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for how you use the Service and for the data you enter into it.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Team and player information

Flag Huddle allows you to enter team and player information such as team names, player first names, jersey numbers, lineups, and game notes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any information you enter and that you do not include sensitive personal data (such as full names, addresses, or medical information).

Team sharing

If you create an account, you can share teams with other signed-in users by email address. When using the team sharing feature:

• You are responsible for the team data you share and for choosing who to share it with.
• You agree to use the sharing feature respectfully and not to share inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Shared team data (including team info, settings, and roster) is stored in the cloud and accessible to all users the team is shared with.
• We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these Terms.

Data storage

Flag Huddle stores team and game data locally on your device by default. If you use account and sharing features, shared team data and live game session data are stored in the cloud using Google Firebase services.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored data. Cloud-stored data is retained until you delete your account or remove shared teams. We are not responsible for lost or deleted data.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at flaghuddle@bootleaf.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that is harmful to others or to the operation of the Service.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

Intellectual property

The Flag Huddle name, logo, app design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Flag Huddle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platform services to operate:

• Google Firebase: Account authentication, cloud data storage, and real-time data sync are provided by Google Firebase. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Apple: App distribution, crash reporting, analytics, and Sign In with Apple are provided by Apple. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimers

Flag Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flag Huddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flag Huddle from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
